6. We provide gemstone sourcing and delivery. All stones are subject to availability and certification (Lotus, GRS, Gübelin, GIA, HRD).

8. We are not liable for indirect damages, delays in shipping, or third-party actions (logistics providers, couriers).

10. These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Antwerp.
